Can I manage hosting and domains from one place?
Yes. JKPanel Pro allows customers to manage hosting
services, domains, invoices, payments, support tickets
and account information from one secure client area.
Do your hosting plans include free SSL?
Free SSL certificates are included with eligible hosting
plans. The domain must point correctly to the hosting
server before the SSL certificate can be issued.
Can I transfer my existing website to JKReseller?
Yes. Website migration assistance may be available
depending on the source server, website size, control
panel access and selected hosting plan. Contact support
before migration to confirm the scope.
Can I use a domain registered with another company?
Yes. You can connect an existing domain by changing its
nameservers or the required DNS records. You are not
required to transfer the domain registration.
Does business email work with Outlook and mobile apps?
Yes. Compatible applications can connect using the IMAP
and SMTP settings supplied after activation. Webmail is
also included with eligible business-email plans.
Which payment methods are supported?
Available methods may include UPI, credit and debit
cards, net banking, wallets, PayPal, wire transfer,
Stripe or other enabled gateways. The checkout page
displays the methods available for your invoice.
Can I upgrade my hosting or email package later?
Yes. You can upgrade when you require additional storage,
websites, databases, mailboxes, bandwidth or server
resources. Contact support for the appropriate upgrade.
Are website and email backups included?
Backup availability depends on the selected service.
Backups are an additional recovery measure, and customers
should always maintain independent copies of important
files, databases and email.
