Last updated: 15 July 2026This policy applies to JKReseller public websites, order flows, customer portals, hosting and domain services, business email, support interactions and related operational systems.
Third-party websites, registrars, gateways, control panels and cloud providers may maintain their own privacy terms.
Payments may be processed by providers such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal or another gateway displayed during checkout. The payment provider may collect card, bank, wallet or UPI information under its own terms.
JKReseller normally receives the transaction identifier, amount, currency, payment result and limited payer information needed to reconcile the invoice.
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with payment processors, domain registrars, registry operators, infrastructure providers, email-delivery providers, fraud-prevention services, accountants and professional advisers.
Information may also be disclosed to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, an emergency security requirement or the protection of users and infrastructure.
Hosting, domain, email, payment and support providers may process information outside the customer’s state or country. JKReseller seeks to use service providers appropriate for the relevant operational purpose and applies contractual or technical safeguards where reasonably available.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, account administration, security, dispute handling, backup recovery, tax, accounting and legal obligations.
Retention periods differ by record type. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after information is removed from active systems.
JKReseller uses reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, credential protections, logging, backups and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Customers remain responsible for protecting passwords, enabling available multi-factor authentication and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, a customer may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or information regarding the processing of personal data.
Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required for invoices, fraud prevention, security, domain registration, legal compliance or an unresolved dispute.
