Terms of Service

1. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining secure credentials.

JKReseller may request identity, payment or business verification where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

2. Orders and Service Description

An order is subject to availability, payment confirmation, fraud review and any product-specific requirements. Product descriptions, resource limits and billing cycles shown at checkout form part of the order.

JKReseller may reject or cancel an order before activation and return eligible amounts where provisioning cannot proceed.

3. Billing, Renewal and Taxes

Services are generally billed in advance. Customers are responsible for invoices, applicable taxes, gateway charges and renewal fees shown at checkout or on the invoice.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in reminders, suspension, loss of data or termination. Restoration can require payment of outstanding amounts and applicable recovery fees.

4. Provisioning and Service Changes

Automated services may be created after payment confirmation. Manual products, dedicated infrastructure, domains and orders requiring review can take longer.

JKReseller may modify infrastructure, IP allocation, software versions or technical implementation where reasonably necessary to operate, secure or improve services.

5. Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are also governed by the applicable registrar, registry and ICANN requirements.

The customer must provide accurate registrant data, monitor expiration notices and verify that registration or renewal has completed. A submitted domain order does not guarantee successful registration.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Use services lawfully and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Maintain secure passwords and update applications and scripts.
• Maintain independent backups of important data.
• Monitor resource usage, renewals, domain expiration and service notices.
• Ensure that hosted content, software and communications are authorized.
• Cooperate with legitimate abuse and security investigations.

7. Email and Messaging

Email services must not be used for unsolicited bulk email, forged headers, phishing or abusive campaigns. Deliverability depends on sender practices, DNS, reputation and recipient-provider policies and is not guaranteed.

8. Suspension and Termination

JKReseller may suspend or restrict a service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, excessive resource use, legal requirements or material breach.

Immediate action may be taken where continued operation could harm users, infrastructure, networks or third parties.

9. Backups and Data Loss

Any backup service is an additional recovery measure and does not remove the customer’s obligation to maintain independent backups. JKReseller does not guarantee that every backup will be complete, current or restorable.

10. Warranty and Liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Internet routing, third-party platforms, registries, gateways and software may cause events outside JKReseller’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indirect, consequential, special or lost-profit damages are excluded. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the applicable billing period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

JKReseller may update these terms to reflect service, security, provider or legal changes. Material changes will be published on the website or communicated through available account channels.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Assam will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any agreed dispute process.
