Home Abuse Reporting Policy
For immediate danger or criminal emergencies, contact the appropriate local authority in addition to reporting the affected service.

1. How to Report

Email support@jkreseller.com with the subject “Abuse Report”.

  • Identify the affected domain, hostname, IP address or email address.
  • Provide complete URLs and UTC timestamps.
  • Include email headers, screenshots, logs or other evidence.
  • Explain the observed behavior and why it appears abusive.

2. Investigation

JKReseller may review account records, logs, hosted content and relevant technical data to validate a report and protect infrastructure.

3. Possible Responses

Responses may include contacting the customer, restricting access, suspending a service, preserving evidence, removing malicious content or coordinating with upstream providers and lawful authorities.

4. Reporter Information

Reporter information is handled according to the Privacy Policy but may be disclosed where required to investigate the matter, comply with law or protect affected parties.
