Service Availability Policy

This policy describes how JKReseller approaches infrastructure availability, maintenance and incident handling.

Home Service Availability Policy
A specific uptime commitment or service credit applies only when expressly included in the purchased plan, invoice or written service agreement.

1. Availability Objective

JKReseller designs eligible managed services for reliable operation but does not create a universal uptime guarantee through this page. Product-specific commitments, where offered, control.

2. Maintenance

Planned maintenance may be performed to patch, secure, upgrade or replace infrastructure. Emergency maintenance can occur without advance notice where delay would increase risk.

3. Exclusions

  • Customer configuration, code, credentials, DNS or resource exhaustion.
  • Third-party networks, registries, gateways, software and upstream providers.
  • Attacks, abuse, force majeure, legal action and emergency security response.
  • Scheduled maintenance and customer-requested changes.
  • Suspension for non-payment or policy violation.

4. Incident Reporting

Report suspected availability incidents through the client portal with the affected hostname, service, timestamps and diagnostic information.

5. Service Credits

Service credits are available only where expressly included in the applicable product terms or written agreement. A request must be submitted within the stated claim period.
